Lawyerpalooza!

Last night, the Approximations played Lawyerpalooza at the Premiere Club. This is an annual event in Seattle where bands with a large number of lawyers/musicians get together and compete. It is to raise money for music programs at public schools, which is a very worthy cause. This is the first year the Approximations competed in this event, but they stole the evening in my opinion, and came in second place overall. It was a total blast!

Fun Getaway!

Last weekend we had a nice little road trip to go enjoy some of the great weather we have been having this spring. We took a drive over the North Cascade Highway, and ended up staying in a beautiful little town called LaConnor, which is about an hour North of Seattle.

It poured down rain on Saturday, but was sunny and warm on Friday and Sunday. Typical spring here in the Pacific Northwest!
